Focus on Bridesmaids

With so much attention focused on the bride and her wedding dress it's easy to forget that the bridesmaids will play a huge part in the wedding day and that the bridesmaids dresses can be the finishing touch, bringing together the whole wedding party or a fashion disaster leaving your guest wondering what you were thinking of!

Bridesmaid dresses need to complement the brides dress but not necessarily be in the same fabric or style. You have to consider the colouring and sizes of your bridesmaids, and if you have a wide variation of sizes, you need a dress that everyone is going to feel comfortable wearing. Bridesmaid dresses have changed a lot in the last year and the new styles we have from Forever Yours are really fantastic and very good value for money, in fact they're cheaper than a lot of high street stores such as Coast and Monsoon and all available in more colours than any bride could imagine, and the real bonus is that they come in every size from 1-30, meaning no bridesmaid is ever left out. They also do a six week rush cut so even last minute brides can usually be accommodated.

Lots of brides have trouble with children's and teenage bridesmaids dresses as they often fall outside the standard size chart, this can be very frustrating and is hard to overcome. We decided to offer a range of bridesmaids styles that would complement adult dresses but we would make them to measure so that all the fit issues could be resolved, fabrics can normally be ordered from manufacturers to enable us to make sashes in matching colours to the adult styles.

One of the most satisfying parts of my job is when a bride comes in with a problem and we can work out a solution for them. It's lovely to see happy brides and know that you've helped in making their dream day.
